Workshop application Use this form to make application to present a Workshop presentation at the 94th International Educational Conference, to be held August 16-22, 2008, at Tampa, Florida, USA.

This application is designed for you to complete the entire application at one time.

Set aside a few minutes and be prepared to enter quite a bit of information about the presentation.

You will be asked to enter the names of all presenters involved as well as detailed information about the presentation itself and any needs you may have (room setups, audio-visual requirements, handouts, etc.). Please enter all information until you get to the "thank you screen."

If there is more than one presenter, you must enter the names of all presenters. After entering the first presenter's name, you will have the opportunity to enter more names, if necessary.
