

The IAI Educational Conference is extremely robust. Monday there will be the Opening Ceremony followed by Lectures and Workshops. Throughout the rest of the week, Lectures are open to all registered attendees, while Workshops incur an additional fee and have limited enrollment. Tuesday evening there will be a Reception in the Exhibit Hall, with formal Poster Presentations. Wednesday evening a Photography Contest and Reception will take place in the Exhibit Hall.

FULL REGISTRATION
IAI Member Advance Registration, prior to 7/31/26 is $525 (U.S.) and $575 (U.S.) onsite.
Non-Member Advance Registration, prior to 7/31/26 is $625 (U.S.) and $675 (U.S.) onsite.
Individual Workshops sessions are additional and average $35 to $150 (U.S.) per class.
Full Registration Includes: Includes: All conference materials; the Sunday President’s Reception; Monday Discipline Networking Event; Tuesday Exhibit Grand Opening Reception & Poster Presentations; Wednesday night Photo Contest and Reception; and the Friday night Installation and Closing Banquet. (Note: receptions are not full meals). The full registration DOES NOT include workshops that require an additional fee, hotel accommodations, or travel.
STUDENT REGISTRATION
Student registration, prior to 7/31/26 is $325 (U.S.) and $375 onsite. To qualify as a Student Registrant, individuals must be full-time college students, with a major in forensic science-related field or law enforcement, taking 12 or more semester hours/credits or the equivalent in quarter hours/credits for undergraduate study and at least 9 semester hours/credits or the equivalent in quarter hours/ credits for graduate study. Students must provide a letter or transcript from their educational institution stating the number of credits currently being taken to the IAI Registrar. The words full-time student will not suffice.
A Student Registrant receives all benefits of the Full Registration with the exception of the Friday night Banquet (reservations may be purchased separately for that event) and workshops will require an additional fee. Registration does not include hotel accommodations or travel.
DAILY REGISTRATION
Daily registration is $395 (U.S.) per day prior to 7/31/26 and $425 (U.S.) per day onsite.
Daily registrants will receive only the non-fee educational sessions for that day and entrance to the Exhibit Hall. Workshops require additional fees.
GUEST REGISTRATION
A Guest Registration is for the Spouse/Significant Other of a full registrant. The registration fee is $300 (U.S.) prior to 7/31/26 and $325 (U.S.) onsite. This registration includes the Sunday President’s Reception, Tuesday Exhibit Grand Opening Reception; Tuesday Night Poster Presentation, Wednesday night Photo Contest and Reception; and the Friday night Installation Banquet. The Guest Registration does not include access to any education sessions.
REGISTRATION CANCELLATION
Cancellation after June 30, 2026 will incur a $50 cancellation fee. Registration and Workshop cancellations after July 31, 2026 are non-refundable.
PAYMENT
Registration Payment is due July 17, 2026 to insure your workshop registrations. If Registration is unpaid by 7/17/26, all Workshops for the Registrant will be dropped.
