The hotel room rate for the IAI Group is $160/night (exclusive of taxes). Reservations must be secured for one night’s guestroom at the time of booking with either credit card, cash or check. The cut-off date for the Conference Room Rate is when the secured conference block is filled or Thursday, July 19, 2026 (whichever occurs first) after which all remaining guestrooms will be released back to the Hotel. Reservations after cut-off date will be accepted based on availability.
